To further expand our international reach, we are continuously looking for experienced business professionals, consultants, former executives and business development experts who would like to become part of our international associate network.

At Blueschild Consulting we support our customer globally but operate projects locally. We do that in cooperation with local associates, highly qualified in fields of business development and business transformation.
We are not a network though. We execute projects with a centralised project management, standardised processes and best practices providing to our customers in all markets the same performance and results in terms of transformation and internationalization.

Associate roles
1. Local project partner (inbound projects)
Whenever clients of Blueschild Consulting seek to expand their business, improve competitiveness or implement transformation initiatives in your market, you may act as our local project partner.
In this role, you support project implementation within your region while working closely with our international project management team. You receive the necessary guidance, methodologies and project support to successfully execute local activities and create measurable results for our clients.
This role allows you to participate in international projects while leveraging your local market knowledge and business network.
2. Business Development Partner (outbound projects)
As a Blueschild Consulting Associate, you have the opportunity to introduce our international services to ambitious companies within your market.
You may identify business opportunities, establish relationships with decision-makers and support the development of local client accounts. While you remain the local relationship manager, our international teams provide expertise, methodologies and implementation support across multiple markets.
This model enables you to offer international capabilities to your clients without having to build a global organization yourself.
3. Industry expert
If you possess substantial expertise within a specific industry, you may participate in projects as a subject matter expert, regardless of geographic location.
Our international clients often require deep industry knowledge alongside strategic, digitalization and internationalization expertise. As an Industry Expert, you contribute valuable insights, market knowledge and practical experience to projects across multiple countries and sectors.
This role provides opportunities to work on challenging international assignments while expanding your professional visibility and influence within your field of expertise.
Remain independent while expanding your reach
